Break In !!

A few houses has been demolished on the 3rd of September 2009. All together 3 of them. But way before that there were another three houses demolished early this year.

Ok how come there are house being demolished from few months ago?

Those earlier demolished houses, belongs to the cowards and backstabbers who once lived in the village. And even the recent demolished house belongs to people of the same kind. The houses that was demolished earlier this year was not torn down by the developer, instead by the house owners them self.

Before they run away with the given hidden compensation or rightly to be said bribe from the developer, they bring down their own houses not thinking back to the pledge of others staying there.

Yesterday, it was a different situation. For those who read the blind newspapers and online news, they thought the developer tear down the houses with the permission from the house owners, as reported in the news. Not true.

Only one of the house owner, Mr. Saravanan whom he thinks he’s doing the best for his family alone, handed over the house key to the developer. So it has paved the way for the developer with the help of the all-mighty Police to get the house down. But swiftly without notice or concern from others, they moved to demolish another two houses that was vacated by the owners a few days ago. Please remember those house owners that have vacated the houses doesn’t mean that they are not there. They have only moved their families away to a safe place looking at everyday’s turbulence in their vicinity. There are still people staying in the house.

These houses has been torn down illegally by the developer.

That’s what happened yesterday, for those who risked their lives to protect these houses has been arrested, 18 of them. The 3 main person, Joseph Stephen, Dharmaraj and Sugumaran, the anchor for the community there was swiftly arrested so they (Police) think they can break the crowd without them. Huh…dream on.

This an attempt by the Developer with the orders from the Koperasi goons to tear down the houses stage by stage with the support of the Police.

I beg to all the Indians around the region, please come down and help us to protect these heritage Indian village from being robbed by the Rulers’ Of Thieves !!!

1Malaysia – Kena Tipu.

Theft mastered by the Penang State Government.

As the title of this blog says, the scanned copy of the land title shows the proof. Look at the date of registration. Rings any bell? All the while, CM Lim Guan Eng blames the former CM Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon for the Kampung Buah Pala land scandal.

But look at the date of registration above. It was registered on the 27th Mac 2008, 19 days after DAP got in power. So you tell me, whose fault is this?

CM Lim Guan Eng is very aware of the Kampung Buah Pala(KBP) issue way before he became in power and promised the villagers to give back the land to them when he becomes the CM. But today he claims he didn't sign this paper. So my question is, if he didn't sign, why he as a CM with a full power on the state, wouldn't want to cancel this agreement?

The CM today is very keen in negotiating a compensation. Why don't he stop talking about compensation, rather work out to claim back the land to the real owners, the people of KBP? Is he freaking afraid to face the Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang, whom most of them comprises of UMNO members?

Look carefully at the bottom of the land title on the first sheet, under "Syarat-syarat Khas Mengenai Hakmilik Sementara"

It is clearly stated there :

SEKATAN-SEKATAN KEPENTINGAN - Tanah yang diberi milik ini tidak boleh dipindah milik, cagar, pajak, pajakan kecil, atau sebarang bentuk urusniaga tanpa mendapat kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.

Which means, this land cannot be join-ventured for developement with another company as this land cannot be traded. It can only be done if the State Government GRANTS A PERMISSION.

SO from here you can see the project is being approved and given green light by the very state government itself under the CM Lim Guan Eng, even after he promised the KBP villagers to return them the land after coming in power.

The Malayan Law Journal itself shows that it is in the law of Malaysia that a land cannot be dealt without the state authority.

CM Lim Guan Eng claims he didn't sign the land title paper and always referring to the Federal Court Order to blind peoples view from the truth.

You be the judge, and tell me isn't there a fraud in the land development? And why CM Lim Guan Eng always wanted to sort out a compensation, if fact he can stop the development?

Who's the mastermind here?

Two tongued CM.

Hi all, as I am writing this post, the developer has parked all their bulldozers in our village compound. With the help and assistance from the Police, the developers entered all the residents houses and threatening them to vacate the house in 15 minutes. You see now the Police is accompanying them.

Who the hell the Police think they are? They are in duty to serve the people, not to participate in any political and business scuffles. All they have to do is to make sure no fights erupt and not to help the developer to vacate the villagers.

After a phone conversation with my dad there, it came to my attention that the FRU unit are there and some harassment to the young and women were done by the FRU personnel who were charging towards barricaded villagers. All the DAP elected representatives has shut down their hand phones while the village represented lawyer tried to contact them.

If the Police and FRU forces are acting in the favor of the developer, it is well understood these orders came from the Penang CM himself. The Police won't carry orders from the developers but the CM.

Look at the video clip above, the way CM Lim Guan Eng speaks in 'Bahasa Pasar' giving a stern warning to the developer not to proceed with the project.

But see what happens today. The CM himself has ordered the Police to help the developer to vacate the villagers.

Such a useless and pathetic Chief Minister we've elected !!!!

Residents of Kampung Buah Pala are greedy !!!!!

Folks, the now very much debated issue in Penang, the Kampung Buah Pala demolition fiasco enters a big twist in its drama series where now the the Penang Chief Minister blaming the residents of Kampung Buah Pala(KBP) as being greedy.

This was claimed after the failure by the people of KBP to accept a rather malicious agreement proposed by the State Government on behalf of the developer. Once the residents reject the offer of a double story houses, the CM, Lim Guan Eng has labeled the people as greedy. In fact he claimed in one of his press conferences that most of the Penang people has gone fed up with this ruckus standing of the KBP villagers of not accepting the deal and wanting for bigger compensation.

Is greedy what you think we are? Have you at least seen the given proposal of a double story houses by the state government? Go to Kampung Buah Pala, sit around with the residence there and ask them, what has gone wrong. We have a copy of the proposal there to be seen.

All what the people outside the KBP think is, the compensation is so good to refuse as it is expensive to purchase a property in Penang, and now a double story house is given for squatters. What a greedy people there.

Remember WE ARE NOT SQUATTERS !!!!! The land was robbed from us, and now we have to ask like a beggar for a house to stay from our own land. How ironic is this.

Look at the attached agreement from the developer Nusmetro. Read the paragraph 11 and 12 carefully. It says, if we sign this agreement :-

1. We have to vacate the land immediately
2. At the point of time when the developer wanted to build the compensation houses
(after completing their luxury condominium projects which is due at least 3 to 4
years) if the State Government or the Local City Council or any other party
rejects the compensation proposal, then no houses will be given to us as
compensation.
3. If we don't agree to this given offer by 7th August 12.00 p.m. hence this offer
is canceled or void automatically. The offer was given on the 4th of August and
only 3 days was given to push us to sign a bogus offer. We have 24 resident
houses with 65 families in KBP.

Is there any insurance for the people that the houses are for sure given despite any political conditions after 4 years? What if BN comes back to rule the state the next term? Look at point 2 above. We are not guaranteed for a house !!! If after 3 to 4 years when they apply for our compensation, if the State Government rejects, than that's it.

All these are in fact a drama played by Chief Minster of Penang, Lim Guan Eng. He does it as if he is giving the people an opportunity, but at the other hand the opportunity given is bogus, unacceptable. These conditions lead to the residents of KBP to reject the offer and made us look bad in the eyes of the public.

When you buy a house, you normally walk through the show unit to see through the house build-up and the designs. Then you sign the agreement to purchase a house, if you like them. In our case, all we saw was mere a layout plan without a show unit then we were expected to sign a housing contract that has no assurance of vacant possession in a short period of time, in a piece of paper that contains irrelevant housing agreement contract.

Now you tell me my dear friend, are the residence of Kampung Buah Pala greedy?

The proposal does not make any sense.

The proposal given by the Penang States Government for the Kampung Buah Pala residents doesn't make any sense.

Watch the video to see M.Sugumaran the Resident Chairman and Mr.Thirugenggadam Ex-MBPJ Councilor explaining the irrelevant document given to the residents and wanting them to accept a malicious agreement.
