Theft mastered by the Penang State Government.

As the title of this blog says, the scanned copy of the land title shows the proof. Look at the date of registration. Rings any bell? All the while, CM Lim Guan Eng blames the former CM Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon for the Kampung Buah Pala land scandal.

But look at the date of registration above. It was registered on the 27th Mac 2008, 19 days after DAP got in power. So you tell me, whose fault is this?

CM Lim Guan Eng is very aware of the Kampung Buah Pala(KBP) issue way before he became in power and promised the villagers to give back the land to them when he becomes the CM. But today he claims he didn't sign this paper. So my question is, if he didn't sign, why he as a CM with a full power on the state, wouldn't want to cancel this agreement?

The CM today is very keen in negotiating a compensation. Why don't he stop talking about compensation, rather work out to claim back the land to the real owners, the people of KBP? Is he freaking afraid to face the Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang, whom most of them comprises of UMNO members?

Look carefully at the bottom of the land title on the first sheet, under "Syarat-syarat Khas Mengenai Hakmilik Sementara"

It is clearly stated there :

SEKATAN-SEKATAN KEPENTINGAN - Tanah yang diberi milik ini tidak boleh dipindah milik, cagar, pajak, pajakan kecil, atau sebarang bentuk urusniaga tanpa mendapat kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.

Which means, this land cannot be join-ventured for developement with another company as this land cannot be traded. It can only be done if the State Government GRANTS A PERMISSION.

SO from here you can see the project is being approved and given green light by the very state government itself under the CM Lim Guan Eng, even after he promised the KBP villagers to return them the land after coming in power.

The Malayan Law Journal itself shows that it is in the law of Malaysia that a land cannot be dealt without the state authority.

CM Lim Guan Eng claims he didn't sign the land title paper and always referring to the Federal Court Order to blind peoples view from the truth.

You be the judge, and tell me isn't there a fraud in the land development? And why CM Lim Guan Eng always wanted to sort out a compensation, if fact he can stop the development?

Who's the mastermind here?

Hi, I'm Rahventhanar Muthusamy, son of Kampung Buah Pala. I was born and raised in these rich cultured village with a long standing history in its existence. Kampung Buah Pala carries a 200 years of history and now it is on the brink of demolition.

Kampung Buah Pala is often called High Chaparral, reffed to the famous TV show of the early 80's, is a settlement for 65 families with 24 residential houses, consist of cow herds, milk man and many more. Till to date this village still carries the very essence of an Indian settlement concept which is hard to find anywhere else in Malaysia.

Today this village is in a brink of demolition in the name of modernization.
